• By appointments only.

• Payment methods: check or cash for the service payments; PayPal on the website; credit cards are excepted for the product purchases.

• First time clients will be asked to secure their appointments with a credit card on the website.

• 24 hour cancellation is required for all cancellations. Clients who are unable to provide this notice will be asked to pay full amount for the missed appointment.

• All purchased products are not refundable. Products are available for pick-up with a prior notice. Please contact Natalie.

• Scheduling an Appointment: via phone/ voicemail or e-mail, which are checked on daily basis, if not more frequent. Please contact Natalie.

• Gift Certificates: You can purchase gift certificate on the website or in person. Please contact Natalie via phone or e-mail with the name of sender and the recipient. Gift Certificates are sent via first class mail or are available for pickup.
